It is advisable to apply your Clinique powder after your “Basic 3-Step Beauty Program”. Blend your powder using the sponge applicator provided. It should be applied all over the face starting from the center, then blending outwards with your fingertips. For a second skin effect, blend well, emphasizing the lower part of the face. The sponge applicator is simply washed with soap and water. Let dry completely before using your sponge again.
